Baglioni Hotel Lease comes to an end

The lease of the Baglioni Hotel has come to an end and the new lessee is the French hotel group, Accor.  The hotel is now known as the 60 Hyde Park Gate Hotel.  The expectation is that sometime in 2025 the hotel will be closed for a refurbishment and rebranding although as of writing no announcement has been made. The hotel continues to trade although, we understand, on a reduced room availability basis.  Once refurbished and reopened the hotel will become an Ennismore hotel (the lifestyle brand within Accor group) which should be a more fun & cool environment.
